Constant light intensity during whole time of operation! In our lights the current regulator ensures selected operation mode during the whole time of operation. Only at deep discharge of the battery, internal microprocessor switches the light to power saving mode, and further in emergency mode. All the modes are displayed by the indicator. High efficiency of the power source We use in-house developed, high efficient switching regulator with synchronous rectifier. This allows for the efficiency factor of 95% both in normal and power saving modes. This enables to increase the light operation time by 10% when other factors being equal. 7-level storage battery discharge indicator Indicator with three LEDs provides accurate control of the battery discharge level. Each LED changes its color from green, yellow or red as the battery discharges. LED indication of the operating modes of the light Each of four light operating modes is displayed by the indicator:
Full power – indicator is on continuously.
Power saving mode – all three LEDs are blinking together.
Automatic power saving mode – top and bottom LEDs are blinking with red, the middle LED is off.
Emergency mode – the middle LED blinks with red, others are off.

Powerful LI-ion storage battery Li-ion storage battery has considerably greater capacity with the same dimensions, in comparison with other batteries, for example NiMH. Furthermore, they don’t have “memory effect”, so there is no need to fully discharge them before every charging, in order to keep its capacity and life time. You may charge the battery at any time. Battery electronic protection Li-ion storage battery needs high precision voltage control. When short circuit or overdischarge, the electronic protection disconnects the battery directly in canister. This ensures safety when cable or light head is damaged. Do not need to open the canister for charge To improve the reliability of light, as well as ease of use. No longer need to open the canister to charge the battery. Charging is providing by wet contacts. No more need to monitor the status of the o-rings. Microprocessor-based control of the operating modes The status of the storage battery and the switch are monitored by microprocessor. Embedded program provides selection of different operation modes by only one switch, switching power supply control to set the required LED current, multicolor indicator control. Power saving mode of operation Power saving mode is initiated manually if you need to increase the light continuous operation time without charging, or automatically: when energy level is as low as 25%, the light automatically switches to the power saving mode. The indicator will give warning about that. Emergency operation (with nearly discharged battery) When the battery is deep discharged (more than 85%) the light switches to the light intensity ramp-down mode. However, for a long enough time (up to several hours) the light can still be used as a light source. LEDs water cooling Water cooling is demanded by LEDs chip manufacturers. It’s known that if the crystal temperature rises, the LED’s efficiency significantly decreases, and its life time shortens. Water cooling allows decreasing of the operating temperature to ideal.
